WHAT WE DO
We visit elementary schools and attend events educating kids about what they should do in a medical emergency. Our team teaches kids about heart health and trains them to do CPR. We fundraise by selling our artwork in markets and fairs.

We disseminate information through a book we published. The book contains CPR and heart health information that kids can understand.

Harper’s Heart Heroes works with the leadership of K-12 schools to help them become a HEARTSafe School. A HEARTSafe designation recognizes a school’s efforts to prevent sudden cardiac death by preparing for a cardiac emergency. Members of HEARTSafe schools know how to recognize the signs of a sudden cardiac arrest and respond quickly by calling 9-1-1 and using CPR and an automated external defibrillator (AED) until EMS arrive.
